From the second quarter analysis report of standard parts, it can be seen that China's overall export volume has dropped to a certain level and has not achieved the expected breakthrough, which is very destructive. We can take a look at our own statistical data, which shows that the total output value of standard parts we can achieve in this quarter is about 73.2 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth rate of only 0.5%. However, this growth rate is already very small compared to last year. And we can see a lot of decreasing data in export volume. According to customs statistics, the total amount of screw products exported by the standard parts industry in foreign trade was 5.46 billion US dollars, showing a huge negative growth, a decrease of -9.1% compared to before The import price of screw products was 3.25 billion US dollars, which also showed negative growth and reached double digits. In terms of exports, it is also very unsatisfactory. Although there has been some growth in production, the year-on-year increase in export screw products is -4% It can be said that the entire standard parts industry has shown a comprehensive downward trend in this quarter.

In such a series of data, we can see that the overall standard parts industry still lacks the ability to generate tremendous power through independent efforts in the development of the hardware industry.

Although China is a major producer of fasteners, due to the relatively low level of research and development in our country, most of the fastener equipment in many fastener enterprises is imported from abroad. Moreover, we can see that many domestically produced screw equipment are relatively simple. In addition, when using domestically produced fastener equipment in China, various problems are prone to occur. Faced with this series of problems, most fastener enterprises in China have to start using a large number of foreign fastener production and testing equipment.

In June 2013, Luo Baihui, Secretary General of the International Mold and Hardware Plastic Industry Suppliers Association, conducted a survey on many domestic fastener enterprises and found that China's research and development level had improved to a certain extent, and domestic screw equipment had also reached a high level. It is expected that by 2020, the production and testing equipment in China's fastener enterprises will be fully localized, reaching more than 80%.

Research shows that in the whole year of 2012, China's fastener equipment production has begun to see a significant increase, and with the support of the government, we can find that the investment has reached 798.515 billion yuan, an increase of 12.73% compared to 2012, and the output value during production can reach 775.496 billion yuan, with a growth rate of over 12.25%.

In this development trend, even if the rapid growth of screw equipment is not maintained every year from 2013 to 2018, we can still expect that in China's fastener production equipment, fastener equipment will begin to move towards localization.
